Getting There
To reach any of our three lodges, all guests fly into Balmaceda Airport (BBA), connected to Santiago by daily domestic flights, followed by a scenic drive to their destination. As our lodges operate as all-inclusive fly-fishing destinations, ground transfers from Balmaceda Airport are included in every booking package. Our lodges are based in the Aysén Region of Chilean Patagonia, near Coyhaique.
River of Dreams Basecamp
Reached only by an adventurous horseback ride into the Blanco River Valley, or by helicopter transfer available on request.
Patagonia Baker Lodge
Ground transfer from Balmaceda Airport. Helicopter transfers and charter flights from Balmaceda to Cochrane are available as alternative options.
Depending on which lodge you are traveling to, ground transfer takes approximately 1 to 4 hours.
